Base Information

The Base Information section is located at the top of the page for applicable functional areas in the Provider Portal.

The first field displayed in the section is the Account Information field. This field is derived from the Provider Enrollment record and describes the Individual or Organization Name of the NPI/Atypical ID. The second field displayed in the section is the Group field. This field displays the Group assigned by the Provider Office Administrator in the Provider User Provisioning Module. The third field is the NPI/Atypical ID field. This field is also derived from the Provider's record. If a Provider User has access to more than one NPI/Atypical IDs, then there will be several showing in this list.
